On 10 August 2022, H.E. Miss Boosara Kanchanalai, Ambassador of Thailand together with officers and staffs of the Royal Thai Embassy, Team Thailand along with a representative from Thai Community in Brunei Darussalam attended the volunteer activity in conjunction with a celebration of the Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother (12 August 2023). The activity included culinary workshop (Thai Papaya Salad or Som-Tam) by Chef Thikamporn Sawangarom and Sous Chef Pra Nee Chaibin of the Royal Thai Embassy, presentation of Thai food and contribution of Thai Jelly drink from Mr. Alex Lim (Hong Guan (Koon Kee), who also attended the activity with his family members, to trainees and staffs of UNIKLEARN.

          An-Nur Harapan is a social enterprise dedicated to drive meaningful change in the community, families, individuals and nature, and be a catalyst for change by helping to minimize the community’s social challenges with strategic solutions. One of the programmes that An-Nur Harapan has proudly embarked on is the funding and managing of UNIKLEARN, a life skills and (pre-) vocational training programme for youths with different abilities, with the objective of empowering them towards independence and be contributing members of the community.
