Categories of Legalization services at the Royal Thai Embassy

1. Translation of Thai official documents

1.1 Translation of Thai Driving License

Documents Required

•         Duly completed application form for legalization

•         Copy of passport of applicant

•         Copy of Thai Driving License

1.2 Translation of Thai Birth Certificate

Documents Required

•         Duly completed application form for legalization

•         Copy of passport of applicant (child)

•         Copy of passport of applicant’s parents

•         Copy of Thai Birth Certificate

1.3 Translation of Thai Death Certificate

Documents Required

•         Duly completed application form for legalization

•         Copy of passport of deceased

•         Copy of Thai Death Certificate

1.4 Translation of Thai Marriage Certificate

Documents Required

•         Duly completed application form for legalization

•         Copy of passport of applicants

•         Copy of Thai Marriage Certificate

1.5 Translation of Thai National Identity Card (ID card)

**** For employing Thai workers, certain documents are required to be certified at the Brunei Magistrate Court, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Brunei Darussalam, and also at the Royal Thai Embassy.
