On 5 August 2023, Ambassador Boosara Kanchanalai together with the Ambassadors and representative of Ambassadors of ASEAN missions, Timor Leste and Japan in Brunei Darussalam hosted a “Food Fair in Conjunction with the 50th Year of ASEAN -Japan Friendship and Cooperation ณ Multi- Purpose Hall, at the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines.

        The event was attended by H.E. Dayang Hajah Johariah binti Haji Abdul Wahab, Permanent Secretary of ASEAN, Ministry of Foreign Affairs as the Guest of Honour as well as officials from the government agencies in Brunei, including the representatives of ASEAN communities in Brunei, local media and social media influencer.

        The event included the reception comprising of national food from ASEAN countries, Timor Leste and Japan to commemorate the 50th Year of ASEAN -Japan Friendship and Cooperation
