On 19 July 2022, Royal Thai Embassy organized a blood donation drive on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua’s Birthday Anniversary (28 July 2022) at the Blood Donation Centre, Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital from 8-11.30 am and 1.30-3.30 pm. 

          On this occasion, H.E. Miss Boosara Kanchanalai, Ambassador of Thailand, Colonel Khanchit Wichaworn, Defence Attaché, Office of the Defence Attaché and Mr. Vacharapong Mukcherd, Minister Counsellor (Labour), Office of Labour Affairs joined Thai community and Friends of Thailand to donate blood for good deed activity in honour of the King of Thailand.  In order to express appreciation to donors, the Embassy provided goodie bags containing face masks, hand gel sanitizer, beverages and herbal tablets to all donors. Thai community and Friends of Thailand also joined the Embassy to contribute food and beverages to donors. 

          The Embassy also presented Thai food to Officer and staffs at the Blood donation Centre to express appreciation for good cooperation to facilitate Thai community and Friends of Thailand for good deed activity.  The Blood Donation Centre collected 55 pints of blood from 74 donors. The Royal Thai Embassy organized blood donation drive for the sixth time following an encouraging response from the Thai Community and Friends of Thailand" since the first blood donation drive which was held at the Embassy on 13 November 2019, followed by 28 May and 30 November 2020, 1 June and 21 August 2021 respectively at the Blood Donation Centre, RIPAS Hospital.
