On 4 April 2018, Royal Thai Embassy hosted a Thai cooking lesson for 30 members of Sawaddee Club, University of Brunei Darussalam at the Royal Thai Embassy. Originated from the club members’ interest in Thai Cooking, the Embassy has agreed to organize a series of Thai Cooking lessons for the Sawaddee club members. The first session, the student learned how to make Papaya Salad (Som-Tam) and Spicy Thai instant noodle salad (Yam-Mama), which are both popular street food dishes. The Cooking lesson was carried out by the Chefs from Ambassador’s residence.
