On 18 October 2016, His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office represented the Brunei government to sign the Book of Condolences for the passing of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej at the Royal Thai Embassy in Bandar Seri Begawan.

His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah expressed his condolence to Thailand’s Royal Family, the Royal Thai Government and the people of Thailand.
