On 23 October 2019, H.E. Miss Wanthanee Viputwongsakul, Ambassador, attended the Opening Ceremony of the 1st Brunei International Flowers Show (BIFS) at Rimba Garden Central hosted by Tourism Development Department and Department of Agriculture and Agrifood, Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism in conjunction with Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha 73rd Birthday.  At the opening ceremony, Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha consented to be Guest of Honour, accompanied by Her Royal Highness Princess Sarah and royal family members.  On this occasion, Ambassador presented Thai orchids to Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha.

     Brunei hosted Brunei International Flowers Show for the first time which showcase various kinds of flowers from many countries including flora companies and Educational Institute from Thailand namely Kok Kok Orchid, Joe and Maam Orchid, Plant Monster and  Rajapark Institute.
