On October 10th 2023, Mrs. Aidsada Sundaramani, Minister Counsellor, attended the Closing Ceremony for the 13th Royal Brunei Armed Forces Command and Staff Course 2023 presided over by the Honourable Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Retired) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister of Defence II, Ministry of Defence. On this occasion, Minister Counsellor has congratulated Lt. Col. Theerata Kultonta, WRTA from Royal Thai Armed Forces who completed the Course and received the Certificate. Col. Khanchit Wichaworn, Defence Attache, also attended the ceremony.
