On 17 October 2022, HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn presided over the Opening Ceremony of the 4^th Princess Maha Chakri Award (PMCA) Forum organized by PMCA Foundation at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at Central World, Bangkok, Thailand in the On-site and Online format via Zoom Meeting. The Forum is a platform for the 2021 PMCA recipients from ASEAN countries and Timor Leste to share and exchange their teaching experiences as well as conducting best practice workshop.
          On this occasion, H.E. Miss Boosara Kancahalai, Ambassador of Thailand, Yang Mulia Pengiran Haji Ahmad Masudwardi Aidil-Fitri bin Pengiran Haji Mohamed Daud, Head of International Affairs Unit, Ministry of Education of Brunei Darussalam, Yang Mulia  Mohamed Kamarul Izzudin bin Haji Kamaluddin, Head of IBTE School of Hospitality and Tourism Sultan Saiful Campus, officer from Ministry of Education and IBTE, officers from the Embassy and Team Thailand, President of Thai Association in Brunei and media were in audience with HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. 
          HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn attended the Plenary Sessions presented by 2021 PMCA Recipients from 11 countries which were divided into 4 sessions as follows: Plenary Sessions 1 Technical Vocational Life Skills of which topic presented by Pengiran Haji Mohd Wahab Bin Pengiran Haji Abdullah, 2021 PMCA Recipients from Brunei Darussalam.  Plenary Session 2 Science Education.  Plenary Session 3 General Education and Plenary Session 4 English Language Teaching.
