On 18 March 2024, Rear Admiral Chakchai Noihuahaad, Commander Royal Thai Navy Cadet Training Unit hosted reception on board the vessel H.T.M.S. Taksin on an occasion of the visit of three vessels (HTMS BHUMIBOL ADULYADEJ, HTMS TAKSIN and HTMS KRABURI) at Brunei-Muara District.
               Captain Haji Mohamad Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin Acting Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy was invited as a Guest of Honour at the reception including high ranks officials of Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Head of Missions, Defence Attaché in Brunei Darussalam, officers at the Embassy and representatives from Thai community.
