On 25 June 2018, the Royal Thai Embassy organized the ‘Embassy Cooking Class Series: 2018’ featuring a Sydney-based Thai chef, Sujet Saenkham. Participants learnt how to prepare popular Thai dishes including Massaman Beef Curry, Prawn Tom Yum, Khao Clook Kapi (Rice with Shrimp Paste) and Nam Pla Waan (Sweet Shrimp Paste Dipping). After the cooking class, a book signing activity was held with Chef Sujet who is the author of ‘Spice I Am: Home Style Thai Recipes’.
