On 16 and 17 September 2017, the Royal Thai Embassy organized ‘An Exclusive Thai Culinary Class’ featuring a renowned Thai celebrity chef, Mr. Sujet Saenkham who is specially flown in from Sydney, Australia where he runs a very successful Thai restaurant group under Spice I Am. Participants learnt how to cook popular Thai dishes including green curry chicken, Pad Thai, red curry duck, papaya salad and mango sticky rice.
